(minimum 50 words): - I would like to be staff because usually at the end of the day it's not a lot of staff online. I use to see that no staff is online sometimes and I want to be the staff that can be online in my timezone.  Also Im respectful to other players ingame and I always try to make it equal and the punishments right. I have over 2350 hours on record, I should know all the rules that are in Garry's Mod. [/b] [b]Why should you be chosen over other applicants? (minimum 50 words): - Usually new or old staff minges when there's not a lot of people online. Like flying around, bringing and what they see as fun is actually just abusing. Im not that type of staff that does those kind of things. I know what I do as a staff most of the time, if I dont know then I ask for help by higher ups or other staff teams or I'll try my best to make both of the people in a sit happy with what I will end it with. (Punishment etc.)  I see myself as a kind staff member whos not abusing at all. I want everyone to feel equal (Kinda cringe word) but if I like someone ingame I wont give them less punishment than someone whos disrespecting etc.[/b] [b]Are you familiar with ULX? (will you need help setting up staff binds etc?): - Im familiar with ULX but I can always get some extra training in it. I know the basic for the most (!Menu !Jail !bring/goto...)[/b] [b]Staff Knowledge. - Been staff before on multiple servers, but never on a MRP server. I usually get good compliments as being a nice staff member from the players itself. (I have a comment on my steampage of a guy who gave me +rep for being good SuperAdmin?) [/b][/color] [color=#c0392b][b]What is RDM?(Give an example): - RDM is when a player or multiple players kill one or more players ingame. That means when you shoot a guy for no reason or for a reason but the reason isnt a reason good enough to kill then its RDM. Mass RDM is when you intentially or unintentially mass kill a lot of players. (Random deathmatch) Example: I fight with a guy ingame and he called me something really offensive. I kill him instead of calling staff or MP in this case.[/b] [b]What is ARDM? (Give an example): - ARDM is not when you've killed the person, but ARDM is when you attempted to. This means if you try to kill someone or shoots someone for no reason then it's ARDM. (Attempt random deathmatch) Example:[/b] I fight the guy and he says something really offensive to me. Before I kill him I get freezed by a staff member. (The guy who said something offensive could have gotten a warning for disrespect aswell, depends how much and what he said)  [b]What is RDA? (Give an example):[/b] - RDA is when you randomly arrest a player ingame for no or for a dumb reason. RDA can only players with restraints do as it's no such thing as arrest baton on the server.  Example: A private joined the USMP to minge. The minge sees a player and handcuffs him for no reason. He drags him over to jail and goes away like nothing ever happened. [b]What is minging? (Give an example):[/b] - Minge is usually a player whos breaking rules intentially just to ruin others RP without RPing themselves.  Example: A new players join the server and intentially uses a lot of time to be done with the training. When hes done then he micspams around or screeches at people. When he get told to stop then he shoots the players around him. [b]If someone was to intentionally shoot someone for no reason but they don't kill them, what rule have they broken and how would you punish them?:[/b] - If someone intentionally  shot someone without killing them and they reported, then they break the rule of RDM which goes in the same category as ARDM. If the player that did it is minging and NITRP then I would warn them for it and if they seem to want to play serious in RP then they get to go free or jailtime. (Asks the player who got ARDM'd what they want the punish to be. Max punishment is warn and minimum is they're going free without jailtime.) [b]If someone intentionally shoots someone and kills them, what rule have they broken, and how would you punish them?:[/b] - If someone intentionally  RDM'd then they broke the rule ''Do Not RDM'' as this is seen as randomly killing another player ingame. If they're nice and seem like good players who just did a mistake then I will jail them for 120 seconds (2 mins) If I see it as not mistake and they're not sorry or anything I would warn them without giving them jailtime. I would always tell them to read rules if they got a punishment. (Usually I ask the player who got killed after I tell him what I would have done and then I ask him if he wants them warned or not. Depends on sit situation) [b]If someone handcuffs people for no reason, what rule have they broken and how would you punish them?:[/b] - If a player handcuffs people for no reason then they broke the rule ''Do not RDA'' where you cant randomly arrest or randomly cuff a player. I would talk to the player in a calmly manner to first know what happened. Since he did multiple he would have gotten a warning and a jailtime (Possible kick, but I never use it as then we can lose a possible player on the server) it all depends how many he did on, if he mass cuffed or mass minged then I would ban in a certain length. If the player who did it was new in USMP and cuffed one for a reason they thought were good enough, then I dont see a point why I would warn them for it.
