(minimum 50 words): i would like to be Event Staff not normal staff because i think i can bring original ideas to the server to involve all regiments even RMP. (Give an example): Basically if someone isn't roleplaying so ignoring higher-ups, kill everything, ignoring everything [/b] [b]If someone was to intentionally shoot someone for no reason but they don't kill them, what rule have they broken and how would you punish them?: They would've broken ARDM, and i would talk to both of them separately  and see how the event happened and if they both say the same story i would give the shooter a verbal warning and if they do it again give them a warn.[/b] [b]If someone intentionally shoots someone and kills them, what rule have they broken, and how would you punish them?:[/b] They have broken the rule of RDM, i would do the same but give them a warn, or a 2 hour cooldown ban depending on previous offences [b]If someone handcuffs people for no reason, what rule have they broken and how would you punish them?: They have broken the RDA rule, so if this is reported to me i would talk to both parties of the incident and ask if there were any witnesses. Then  would give one of two punishments; either a 2hour cooldown ban if both parties are agreeing on a story or i would give a 12 hour if the offender cannot agree on the same story as the victim who is being backed up by witnesses. The reason for the harsh bans is because in my opinion being cuffed is a lot worse than just being killed because you are unable to play for ages and in my opinion is that is the worse.
